shaping the bread

You weight the dough and you start shaping vary pieces of bread, from 250 grams, 500 grams, 1 kg, 2kg or 4 kg. Then you move on with the final shaping. You let it rise under a cloth for a second time. The bread is thus baked. Baking can occur either in the old traditional wood oven or in the electric ones.
